Code of conduct.
1. Pilot in command
It is essential to understand that the pilot in command (PIC) of the flight and therefore the sole decision-maker. Before departure, the pilot may decide to cancel a flight for technical, meteorological and/or operational reasons. During the flight, passengers must refrain from commenting on the pilot's decisions and must not distract the pilot, as this could compromise flight safety.
2. Weather conditions / pilot decision
Pilots are trained in meteorology and in understanding the consequences of deteriorating weather conditions as part of their licensing. At any time, the pilot may decide to cancel the flight or divert to another airport, and this decision must be respected. Passengers must not attempt to persuade the pilot to take off if the flight has been canceled, as this could compromise safety. Changes to the schedule or itinerary for technical, weather, or operational reasons will not result in any price adjustment.
3. Passenger / luggage weight
The light aircraft used for your flight is highly sensitive to weight variations. The pilot relies on the weights delcared by passengers for themselves and their luggage. This information is required to calculate the center of gravity, aircraft performance, and fuel requirements. Passengers must respect the maximum baggage weight specified by the pilot and must not move bagagge during the flight. Any changes in declared weight must be communicated to the pilot in advance.
4. Illegal or risky goods prohibition
Passengers must not transport illegal goods. If the passenger has any doubts about the nature of the goods to be transported, they must inform the pilot and check with the pilot that it is possible to take them on board. The pilot may ask the passenger to inspect their luggage at any time and refuse to take the passenger on board if they refuse. If the pilot becomes awate that the passenger is transporting dangerous goods without their knowledge, they may refuse to take them on board the aircraft.
5. Time of arrival at the airport before takeoff
When planning a flight, the pilot schedules departure and arrival times based on weather conditions. It is therefore important that the pilot is able to take off at the scheduled time. If there is any uncertainty about the arrival time at the meeting point with the pilot, the passenger must notify the pilot as soon as possible.
6. Safety rules
-
Do not smoke during the flight or near the aircraft.
-
Do not touch any instruments on board, as this could cause accidents.
-
Do not speak while the pilot is using the radio or during takeoff and landing.
-
Do not operate the canopy or door without the pilot's permission.
-
Refrain from consuming psychoactive substances, including alcohol, before and during the flight
-
Be aware that there are no toilet facilities on board. You are welcome to use toilets at the club house.
