Code of conduct

1.    PILOT IN COMMAND

It is essential to understand that the pilot is the pilot in command of the flight and therefore

the sole decision-maker. Before departure, the pilot may decide to cancel a flight for technical and/or meteorological and/or operational reasons. During the flight, passengers must refrain from commenting on the pilot's decisions and must not distract him, as this could compromise flight safety.

2.    WEATHER CONDITIONS / PILOT DECISION

Pilots have undergone training in meteorology and the consequences of deteriorating weather conditions as part of their pilot's license. At any time, the pilot may decide to cancel the flight or divert to another airport, and this decision must be respected. Passengers must not attempt to persuade a pilot to take off if he or she has decided to cancel the flight, as this could compromise flight safety. Changes to the schedule or itinerary for technical, weather, or operational reasons will not result in any increase or decrease in price.

3. PASSENGER/LUGGAGE WEIGHT

The light aircraft you will be flying in is very sensitive to weight variations. The pilot takes into account the weight declared by passengers for themselves and their luggage. He needs this information to calculate the center of gravity, the aircraft's performance, and the amount of fuel to be loaded. This is why it is very important that passengers respect the maximum baggage weight allowed by the pilot and do not move their baggage during the flight. For all these reasons, passengers must specify these different weights and notify the pilot of any changes.

4. ILLEGAL OR RISKY GOODS / PROHIBITION

Passengers must agree never to transport illegal goods. If the passenger has any doubts about the nature of the goods to be transported, they must inform the pilot and check with them that it is possible to take them on board. The pilot may ask the passenger to check the contents of their luggage at any time and refuse to take the passenger on board if they refuse. If the pilot realizes that the passenger is transporting dangerous goods without their knowledge, they may refuse to take them on board their aircraft.

5.    TIME OF ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT BEFORE TAKEOFF

When planning a flight, the pilot takes into account the departure and arrival times

based on weather conditions. It is therefore important that the pilot is able to take off at

the scheduled time. If there is any uncertainty about the arrival time at the meeting point with the pilot, the passenger must notify the pilot as soon as possible.

6. SAFETY RULES

- Do not smoke during the flight or near the airplane

- Do not touch the instruments on board, as this could cause accidents

- Do not talk when the pilot is using the radio and during Takeoff / Landing

- Do not touch the canopy lock without the pilot's permission

- Refrain from consuming psychoactive substances, including alcohol, during the flight

- Take precautions on the ground as there are no toilets on board

- If you are not sure before doing something, please ask the pilot first
